Dubai’s La Reserve Residences awarded Best Residential Medium to High-Rise Project at Cityscape Global Awards

Co-developed by the free zone and Swiss Property, a Dubai-based real estate developer, the project is due for completion in Q3 2019. It is under construction at Phase 2 of DHCC, in Al Jadaf, and overlooks the Dubai Water Canal, Dubai Creek, and Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary. 

In a statement, Swiss Property said that the judging panel evaluated the project’s architecture, completed by 10 Design, as well as the operational and commercial aspects of its development. La Reserve Residences comprises 230 units in the form of simplex and duplex apartments. Read further
